Hmmm thats weird, try refreshing the page, if its still not working you can send us an email and we'll pop the order through manually.

CAN I ORDER IN STORE OR BY PHONE?
At this stage we are only online, if you wanna give us a call and do the order over the phone though that's totally fine. 

WHAT IS AFTERPAY?
OMG, Afterpay is amazing! So you sign up for an account with Afterpay then you can buy whatever you like and pay it off in 4 installments fortnightly - its so easy!

YOU HAVE A BRAND I LIKE BUT NOT ALL THE PRODUCTS. WHY?
It depends on whats available from the Brands Wholesaler - if we dont have it though and you want us to get it just let us know! But we do try to carry as much as we can from each brand we stock. 

OTHER TOXIN-FREE SITES STOCK PRODUCTS THAT YOU DON'T HAVE. WHY?
Maybe we haven't seen or heard of them yet? Definitely let us know! 

HOW OFTEN DO YOU ADD NEW PRODUCTS TO YOUR SITE?
Whenever we have a new brand come on board - hopefully weekly!

Hell yeh, we care! Most of the ingredients are listed on the product listing but if we've missed one here and there please reach out! This stuff is super important to us and we do our very best to make sure our practices are having the lowest possible impact on the environment - that's why we got in to this business!

CAN I BUY PRODUCTS AS A GIFT & SHIP THEM TO THE RECIPIENT?
Yeh for sure! If you send us through an email we'll even throw in a personalised note for you! 
P.S. There is a gift wrapping option you can purchase for $5, just search it and add it on  before you checkout. 

AN ITEM ARRIVED BROKEN OR FAULTY. WHAT DO I DO?
Oh no! That sucks! Contact us straight away and we'll sort it out! 

I ORDERED THE WRONG ITEM. CAN I EXCHANGE IT?
Yeh, sure! As long as it is returned in the same condition that we sent it in that's totally fine!

I'M NOT HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE. CAN I RETURN IT?+
Yep,with most things you've got 30 days to return it as long as it comes back in the same condition it was sent in. If its a consumable that's been opened we cant take it back, sorry!

ARE MY PAYMENT DETAILS SECURE?
Yes, they totally are! We use Shopify Pay and PayPal so your payment details are locked up nice and tight!

WILL YOU SHARE MY EMAIL ADDRESS WITH A THIRD PARTY?
Hell to the no!! That drives us insane! Your info stays with us!

Spends over $100 and you get it for free - under $100 is $10 flat rate shipping

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA?
We can, its pretty $$$ though! So send us an email so we can work out the best price available for us to send you your goodies!

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE? I WANT IT, LIKE, NOW!
Your order will arrive within 5-7 business days, but if you live in whoop whoop it is going to take a little bit longer. 

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER EXPRESSED?
Yeh, for sure! But it will cost a little bit extra..

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
As soon as its posted you will receive a tracking number to follow your order! 

CAN I GIVE 'AUTHORITY TO LEAVE' MY PACKAGE IF I'M NOT HOME?
You can, however we and the postage service wont be responsible if the order goes missing once its been delivered.

WHAT IF I MISS MY DELIVERY & HADN'T PROVIDED 'AUTHORITY TO LEAVE'?+
You'll get a note or an email from the postage provider telling you how to go about picking up or re delivery. 

WHAT IF I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS?
Please double check the address before you process the order! If the package comes back to us we will have to charge you postage again to have it resent - and that would suck!
